Kody Bateman, Founder of Send Out Cards, will be interviewingEric Snider on April 18, 2022, one of the top earners and Eagle Distributor, on his rags to riches success, just by showing a little gratitude, kindness and an overall attitude of Givers Gain.  Give more to receive more.

Hello everyone!  Kody here and I am getting ready to interview Eric Snider!  If you’ve even heard of our business then you have heard of Eric!  He truly has inspired all of our team, including myself, to be a better person and to give to each individual that we come across.

This interview is coming to you from the beautiful island of Bora Bora, just a plane trip away from Tahiti.  Eric insisted that I join him on his annual trip out here while he does a bit of scuba diving and relaxing in the rays of sunshine that beam down on this island of paradise.  I was hesitant at first since I’m not a scuba diver, but Eric being Eric, he sent my plane tickets and itinerary and told me all I needed was my swimsuit, passport, sunscreen, and of course a willingness to relax and and have a great time.

Now that I’m here, I can see why he loves this place so much and visits here annually.  The people are wonderful, the island and it’s surroundings spectacular, and people all over know him by his first name.  It is truly a testimony of why he has found so much success in our business.  Our company is founded on gratitude and promptings, giving for no reason, and Eric truly livesup to our mission in all aspects of his life.

Eric is just now finishing up one of his dives for the day.  I was in the water earlier with my mask and snorkel and watching him from the service.  He looks so calm down there.  I think he was about 40 feet down under the water, just being a fish.  He’s a Pieces, so part of him belongs in the water!  He was supposed to catch a Lobster down there for a delicious dinner, but a hole in his net prevented him from trapping one.

KB:

Hey did you bring up dinner?

ES:

Oh I tried but I didn’t realize my net has a hole in it.  Oh well!  My buddy Josh caught some yesterday so we will still have some Lobster Kody…I promised you some fresh lobster and I always keep my promises.

KB:

(laughing)…Yes you do Eric!  Yes you do!

ES:

Are we all set and ready to go?

KB:

Oh yeah!  We already started.  I wanted to catch you in the act of finishing up your dive and give the audience a true sense of who you are and what your activities are while you’re here!

ES

Great!  Give them something to really talk about (laughing)!

Eric brings over a lounge chair to sit down next to me.  It’s has the San Francisco 49ers Logo on it.

KB:

Ok Eric.  Let’s start with the chair.  Did you bring that on the plane with you?

ES:

Oh no!  I keep it here and bring it out when I visit.  You know I have the box seats at Levi’s Stadium in California right?  I’ve asked you a couple of times to join me at a game but you haven’t taken me up on the offer.

KB:

I’m a Dallas Cowboys fan!

ES:

Yeah…..I think I’m revoking my invitation right here and now!

Eric and I both start to laugh.  I just love his sense of humor.  He takes nothing serious, only his business.  Other than that though, Eric is truly an authentic man that accepts everyone for who they are without any judgement.

KB:

Alright, lets get down to business here and give the audience some info before we dig into some fresh Lobster.  Are you ready?

ES:

Of course, ask away!

KB:

Great.  First of all, when did you actually join and start using Send Out Cards?

ES:

That would have been back in 2016 when I was a co-owner in a website and marketing company.  I had some great friends that used the system and introduced me to it.  I used it on and off for the first year, but not until the end of 2017 did I really decide to just go all the way with it.   I sold my shares back to the company andwas really contemplating on my future, I just decided that it was time to give it my full attention.

KB:

Was there anything that really made you say, hey you could do this?

ES:

Well actually yes.  As you know Kody, I struggled with my personal self throughout my career, did the personal development courses, and actually even only took part of half of the Promptings Academies that we offer.  Heck, I even participated in the Landmark Forum for awhile.  One day though, a friend of mine from California named Mike, he told me about this master mind alliance program.  I looked into it and first I thought, this is just another one that I would do and the forget about it.  Well that wasn’t the case.  This was a full 6 month program that literally helped me re-write my blue print.

KB:

Your Blueprint?

ES:

Oh Yeah!  You talk about it all the time just in different terms.  Just like you promote the “I am” statements, well this program focuses on just that, the world within.  Each of us has our own inner soul that we have to connect with and feed off of.

KB:

I see.  Yes I’m a firm believer in your “I am” statements and affirmations.

ES:

Exactly!  Well, this master mind group was exactly like that.  The big difference is the accountability on a weekly basis for a full 6 months.  It forced me to change my habits and really dig deep into who I truly am as an person, who I inspire to be, who I still inspire to be, and the type of man I want to be when I leave my physical body.

KB:

We are going to go all spiritual in this are we?

ES:

(laughing)…Oh no of course not.  But you have to have some sort of understanding of that in order to truly understand that experience.  I continue to experience to this day, and have made some very dear friends, whom I call family, with that program.  I continue to stay in contact with most of them today including the awesomeMark J. and the Fab Davine!

KB:

I saw the recent interview that Oprah did on them.  Outstanding people.  They have really started a movement with the Master Key Master Mind Alliance and the scholarship program they have.  It’s amazingto witness transformation within people, and they are true leaders.

ES:

Absolutely.  I love both of them dearly.  They had me out to their compound in Hawaii.  I enjoy here a bit more than Hawaii, but we can keep that part out of the interview right!

Eric and I enjoy a quick laugh together.  We have both met and are dear friends of theirs, and have truly witnessed the true human beings that they are.

KB:

So tell me Eric, what do you feel has been the key to all the success you have received?

ES:

Gratitude.  Plain and simple.  Society today has become selfish and everyone wants to know what is in it for themselves.  They are greedy.  The human connection has been lost with all of the technical gadgets out there today.  People always put on a front about who they really are, and are too scared to really show their true selves, their true beliefs, and the fear they all have of accepting the possibility that they can create anything they want to if they only have the true earnest desire to do so.

KB:

And you believe that your success has proven that it is possible to have whatever you want if you have the desire.

ES:

Look, I’m not perfect.  I’m just being me.  But I am the best me everyday, every hour and every minute.  I’m human.  I make mistakes.  But I learn from those mistakes in order to better myself.  I do not hide from myself.  I accept myself and love myself every second of each and every day.

KB:

How do you do this?

ES:

Well that’s the key.  It’s just a mind set.  Would you believe me if I told you that back in 2017 I visualized myself sitting here and having this conversation with you? You know what?  They actually make me write out this interview on a blog post back in the day.  I thought it was crazy at first, but I was persistent, wanted a change in my life, so believed in the process and followed their lead.  And look, here we are on a gorgeous island, about to watch the sunset from none other than Bora Bora.  I mean, for most people this is only a dream that they never go get.  Why not?  I was there once.  Only a dreamer.  Not a producer.  Now, my dreams are my reality.  I make them happen.  I stopped getting in my way, and helped myself get to where my mind wanted to be…here!

KB:

Outstanding.  Hey, we are running out of time, and I’m getting hungry.  If you could leave your listeners with one thing, one thing that they could take away from this what would it be?

ES:

Easy.  Follow your dreams.   Your mind brings you your dreams.  They are not out of your reach.    Energy surrounds all of us.  It takes no more energy to move a mountain than it does a marble.

KB:

What?

ES:

Energy.  Not physically moving something, but the energy that is in all of us.  Our minds.  Do you remember the old movie that Kevin Costner was in…Field of Dreams?

KB:

Yes, it’s been awhile but I remember.

ES:

Remember the line, “if you build it, he will come”?  Well, look at your dreams and then go build them.  Nothing, and I mean nothing can stop you.  Only you can.  Your own brain will help you build or destroy your dreams.  Call it spiritual.  Call it an act of God.  It doesn’t matter.  Our minds are more powerful than most of the people on this earth realize, and whatever you mind thinks of or dreams of, then let it out.  If you dream it, then you can make it happen.  It may not be a baseball field, but it’s your field.  Let it grow to it’s maximum potential!   Never stop dreaming and never doubt your abilities.
