MKE Week 12: Believe. Gratitude. Persistence.

It’s been an interesting week for me.  Ups and downs both professionally and personally.  Whenever I think about the bear hugging the kettle I can release whatever is happening, I just need to think about that scenario more often!   I was catching up with my fellow members on the blog roll and seeing their posts.  Three of the stood out to me, so I would like to share them.

Ellen writes a great post about believing.  It isn’t just about doing the exercise or writing something down in hopes that it will  occur one day.  No.  You have to truly believe.  She quotes one of the lessons regarding whatever we desire, when we pray, believe we receive and we shall have.

I really enjoyed reading the gratitude blog by Gareth.  He really nails it on the journaling positive thoughts and how that can help with the mental diet.  Something I continue to inspire myself to work on.

And then there is that word…..Persistence.  The 4 steps (or habits really).  As Raw Chef Francois, puts it:  Rome wasn’t build in a day, but they were laying bricks every hour!

You have to Believe.  You have to show Gratitude.  You have to be Persistent.

I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy.
